Deana Christopher, Senior Vice-President and Chief Information Officer, earned her Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology from the New York Institute of Technology.

Deana manages the Information Technology group, who is responsible for system development, network administration and user technical support. Deana designed and developed the CCS in-house proprietary database system, ISIS (Integrated Settlement Information System) and has worked and managed IT-related functions for more than a hundred settlement administration cases.

With more than 15 years of information technology experience, she is well-versed in a variety of software applications and tools, and continues to add modules to enhance and simplify claims administration processes. This has included developing Windows based ‘client-server’ applications, designing relational database structures, and large system/data conversions.
