Quality Assurance Manager

Eric Miller, Quality Assurance Manager, is the most senior QA manager at CCS with a wide and varied experience in securities, insurance and pharmaceutical settlements.

Eric began his career at CCS as a claims processor and quickly moved to a Project Manager position handling many large cases including securities and third-party payer cases.

In 2003 Eric joined the Quality Assurance team where he continues to provide support to Project Managers while monitoring quality aspects of our settlements.
