Virginia C. Ponzini received her Associates Degree from the State University of New York and Paralegal Certification from Adelphi University in New York. She has more than 25 years of experience in the legal profession.

Ginny works with the Project Managers in setting up the call center, IVR, Frequently Asked Questions, letter scripts, website documents, and is responsible for the formatting and layout of Notices and Proof of Claim forms for dissemination to the Class.
