Karen has worked in the claims administration industry for more than 14 years. Her background includes project supervision for a competitor firm. Karen has experience in both consumer and securities class action settlements. Karen understands the varying components of the claims administration processes and handles the intricate day-to-day specifics of each of her settlements.

Karen also has considerable experience locating class members and or their beneficiaries through skip tracing techniques developed by CCS.
