Louis W. Addazio, Vice President, Quality Assurance, has an educational background in Mathematics and Computer Science (including database management, statistics, and programming functions).

Lou and his team are responsible for defining algorithms, ensuring correct sequences and methodologies are applied in the calculation programs; and exhaustively testing program components and data scenarios for each settlement.

Lou works closely with project managers and programmers to ensure that each settlement is being administered according to the guidelines of the Settlement Agreement. He and his team provide oversight in each phase of the administration (from notice dissemination to calculation and distribution) to ensure proper controls are in place during the process.
