Thomas R. Glenn, Senior Vice President, Chief Operations Officer, earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Idaho State University in 1983.

Tom oversees the day-to-day operations of all of our settlements and works closely with Quality Assurance and IT to ensure accuracy and efficiency in each of our projects.

With more than 13 years senior management experience in litigation support services and general IT knowledge, Tom brings a wide breadth of knowledge and experience to manage efficient and effective claims administration processes. Like everyone on our management team, Tom is “hands-on” and oversees the training and oversight of the CCS service providers.
