Hotline Services
An integral part of the Dissemination and Noticing process is the ability to respond promptly to inquiries from Class Members and requests for Notice Packets. Together with our service providers we employ state-of-the-art Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications and services, custom designed and integrated for our cases.
The systems are designed to enable callers to dial a toll-free hotline number to listen to a pre-recorded message of “frequently asked questions”, to capture the callers’ names and addresses through an automated address verification system when warranted, and/or to speak to a live operator. These are just a few examples of hotline services that can be implemented based on the specifications of the case.
