CCS has its own in-house resources for developing and maintaining websites and web pages. We offer strategic placement of the website within the most common and popular search engines and links to other related sites. Our websites are designed to allow Class Members to access Pendency or Settlement documents (i.e. Notice, Claim Form, Settlement Agreement, etc.) that are converted into easy-to-download Adobe® PDF formats. Additionally, we can enable on-line claim filing and e-mail capabilities allowing Class Members to communicate with CCS or Counsel directly.

For smaller cases, we can simply add links to your website for accessing downloadable Settlement documents (see examples on our Listing of Settlements page) or provide a web page on this (CCS) website.

Based on our experience, we have found this value added service to be economical while promoting communication between CCS and Class Members who are comfortable using this medium.
